Demolition 

Ready to create the new from the old? MLU is happy to serve! We take all the necessary precautions concerning power, gas, or other lines before demolition. In instances where the weather has caused extensive damage & the building or structure cannot be salvaged, MLU can also be of assistance. We can come clean away the building and any debris.

Wet Demolition

Our Demolition Steps

1. Obtain all necessary permits.
2. Create an overall plan for the demolition.
3. Excavate & load debris into roll of trucks.
4. Remove all debris and take to a land fill facility.
5. Use fill dirt to create a level land area.
6. Sod the newly excavated land, if needed.
